Welcome to the Winkzzz Family, sleeping beauty! You’re about to get your zzz’s on. We know that waiting feels like an eternity, but we are here to break down the shipping process so you know when to expect your days of counting sheep to end.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on where the item is being shipped and will be calculated at the checkout. Just can’t wait? We offer expedited shipping options at the checkout.
What happens after I place my order?
After the order has been placed we will send an Order Confirmation Email with your purchase receipt. Our sleep fairies take a few days to prepare your custom pillow according to the measurements you have provided either through the Perfect Pillow Fit Questionnaire. Once your custom pillow is complete, we will arrange to ship immediately.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We will send you a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been placed on the truck with a tracking number that you can use to locate your order. Keep watch on your tracking number for shipping updates and estimated delivery date.
How long will it take to get my order?
The estimated shipping date will be provided in the Shipping Confirmation Email and you can generally expect it within that time frame. Please note that with COVID and circumstances outside of our control it may take slightly longer.
What if I am not home for the delivery?
Our shipping processor will attempt to deliver your item on the shipping day between 9 am-7 pm and will leave your package at your address if they deem it is safe to do so. Otherwise, it will be sent to your closest postal outlet for pickup.
What happens if my order is lost?
In the event that your order is lost please contact customer care and Winkzzz will replace and ship a replacement pillow free of cost.
What if the pillow is damaged in transit?
If the pillow is damaged in transit, please contact Winkzzz Customer Care. We provide a 1 Year Warranty and will replace the damaged pillow.
