Refund Policy
Refunds are covered by our Sleep Easy Trial. You have 30 nights to request a pillow refund and return the pillow. If your pillow has a manufacturer’s defect then it is covered under our 1 Year Warranty Plan. To learn more visit our Warranty Page. Return shipping charges will not be incurred by Winkzzz.
Return Policy
If you want to return a pillow and are requesting a refund you have 30 nights to do so as per our Sleep Easy Trial. You will be fully refunded the cost of the pillow upon receipt of the item in our returns centre. Please contact customer care [email protected] and they will provide you with the return shipping address. Return shipping charges will not be incurred by Winkzzz.
Please Note: Due to the intimate nature of pillowcases & sleep masks they are not eligible for a refund. If there is a manufacturer defect, the pillowcase may be exchanged at the discretion of Winkzzz Customer Care.
